Enable Admins to View and manage tickets on mobile

Solution

All Tickets Queue: View driver statuses (in progress, on hold, finished)

Quick Status View: Prevent overloading drivers by tracking their workload before assigning new tickets

Iterative Refinement

Prototyping Tools: Created prototypes in Sketch

Testing: Conducted usability testing, gathered feedback, & refined designs

Outcome: Added driver status feature based on user feedback. Ensured the design met Admin users' needs
